Eggs- 4
Onions - 2 (medium size)
Green Chilies - 2
Coriander Powder - 1/4 tea spoon
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tea spoonsalt
Preparation:
- Cut onions and chilies into small pieces and fry in oil till golden.
- Add ginger garlic paste and turmeric powder.
- Add eggs and scramble them,then add chili powder,salt,coriander powder,curry leaves.
- Fry for 15 - 20 minutes.
- Serve with chapathi or rice.
