Eggs - 3
Onion - 1/2
Green chilies - 2
Garam masala powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Milk - 3 teaspoons
Coriander leaves - few
salt
Preparation:
- Beat eggs with egg beater in a bowl.
- Add chopped onions and green chilies(cut into small pieces),milk,garam masala powder,coriander leaves ,salt and mix well.
- Heat pan with 1 tea spoon oil ,when heated pour egg mixture.
- After 3 minutes turn the omelet slowly to other side and fry the other side also.
